To register for the 2012 Spring Soccer Season, follow the below steps:

In an effort to provide a competitive experience the OTSL will provide 3 or more divisions based completely on player age. We will strive to create Over 20, 30, 40, and 50 divisions but we will adjust the age brackets to best accommodate divisions of 6 or more teams. The OTSL values each member's commitment to the club while the club's commitment is to create the highest level of competition available in the OTSL.

Print out and fill in the Registration & Insurance forms: Spring 2012 Registration Form

Players aged 18-49 before March 25, send the forms and a check for $125 to the address listed on the registration form

Player's 50's or over before March 25, send the forms and a check for $100 to the address listed on the registration form

Based on your age, you will be placed in the appropriate division and you'll be contacted by your captain on March 22, 2012
